The SMA Sunny Central 400HE 400kW Power Inverter has once again been improved. Featuring a direct connection to a medium-voltage transformer, the series is already equipped with the intelligent power management of next generation SMA central inverters. This means that the maximum power achieved in continuous operation has been increased by 10 percent, compared to the nominal power at ambient temperatures under 25 °C (77 °F). The inverters also feature comprehensive grid management functions-including immediate reconnection after a grid voltage drop.

Full nominal power at ambient temperatures up to 50 °C (122 °F), 10% additional power for constant operation at ambient temperatures up to 25 °C (77 °F).
