Guodia United Power UP8 1.5MW Wind Turbine
Product Description
Guodia United Power UP8 1.5MW Wind Turbine – this is an independent review for Guodia United Power UP8 1.5MW Wind Turbine we have compiled for your reference. Feel free to add your comments or experiences at the bottom of the page.
Features:
*Three blades, upwind, independent electrical pitch, double-fed variable speed constant frequency, active yaw.
*Types: cold state anti-sandstorm UP77, UP82 series; normal temperature UP77, UP82 series; normal temperature offshore type UP77, UP82 series and anti-typhoon type UP77.
*Aiming at the design goal of the lowest cost of electricity: employing large-diameter rotor to increase the wind swept area, and using the latest airfoil design to increase generating capacity by10% more than conventional types in the low wind speed conditions.
*High reliability of drive chain: low-speed shaft is supported by dual bearings, shaft transmits torque, and the gear box does not bear the rotor weight and thrust only bear torque, which increases reliability greatly. The gear box adopts the structure of two planets and one parallel gears, and the gear box is connected with generator by the universal flexible couplings. The design could extend the life of the gear box.
*Advanced controller concept: applying the advance concept of the new controller, using open, standard hardware and software, and having good compatibility. The wind power control system is based on Beckhoff Industrial Controller, TwinCAT automation software and bus terminal technology.
